The project involves not only creating a website for a property development company specialising in house building, but also a dedicated section for property developments, which, indirectly, thanks to the data entered into a special form on the subpage for adding or editing a selected development, also generates a list of developments in XML format, as required by law under the price reporting obligation imposed by the Act.

An additional section has been created in the admin panel where you can add developments, and assign detailed information to each development created in this way, using a specially designed form on the add/edit subpage. Based on all the data entered, an XML file with a unique download URL is automatically generated. It contains all the necessary data required for the correct reporting of prices as mandated by the Property Development Act.

The visual design of the website was entirely my own concept, which the Client accepted with satisfaction. The aim was to create something that would, on the one hand, be easy to read and, on the other, present the developments in a striking manner, based on the photographs and graphics provided by the Client. A series of icons referring to specific attributes of the developments was also created for the presentation.
